$125 per night for the first two weeks, $105 per night thereafter

We provide one free night out of every seven nights stayed. 

All rates are double occupancy. Rates do not include 15% San Francisco hotel tax, which applies to all stays of fewer than 30 nights. We also require a refundable $150 deposit to cover any damage or extraordinary cleaning required.

We require full payment in advance to confirm a reservation. Checks, major credit cards, and PayPal accepted. International payments may involve transaction fees.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, we refund your payment, minus any transaction fees paid. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before your stay, we refund your payment only if we can re-rent the studio for your dates. In that event, we refund your payment for the dates we can re-rent.
