$125 per night for the first two weeks, $95 per night thereafter

We provide one free night out of every seven nights stayed. 

All rates are double occupancy. Rates do not include 15% San Francisco hotel tax, which applies to all stays of fewer than 30 nights. We also require a refundable $150 deposit to cover any damage or extraordinary cleaning required.

We require full payment in advance to confirm a reservation. Checks, major credit cards, and PayPal accepted. International payments may involve transaction fees.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, we refund your payment, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before your stay, we refund your payment only if we can re-rent the studio for your dates. In that event, we refund your payment for the dates we can re-rent, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
